If you were re-directed to a page which said you will be receiving a call and you still haven’t, please check the following things 


Make sure

1) Your phone is not switched off when you request for the call.

2) You are in a good network area

3) You have balance for at least 2 minutes of calling based on the doctor's per minute price. 

4) Your mobile number is verified with OyeHelp.com


It is also possible that the doctor is not in a good network area. In order to deal with such situations we attempt to reach you and the doctor 3 times before we cancel your request and send you an SMS and email stating the reason for failure. 


Please try calling the doctor after checking the above. If this technical problem persists, please writing to us at support@oyehelp.com and we will resolve it at the earliest.
