You can chat with the Doctor and get instant answers to questions by clicking on the ‘Chat’ icon displayed next to the Doctor’s profile. You will only be able to speak to the expert if he/ she is online and the icon is green.
You will be redirected to a connecting page. When the doctor picks up the chat request, both of you will be redirected to the Chat room and your chat will be charged on a per minute or per session basis as per charges displayed on the Doctor’s account for the text chat.
You will only be able to talk to the doctor for the maximum time allowed as per the balance in your account.
