If the Doctor is available for a consultaion on Video and the video icon is green, please click on it. Please use Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera as your browser for the best video experience. Ensure that you have a camera and mic before initiating the consultation.
You will be redirected to a connecting page. When the doctor picks up the video call, both of you will be redirected to the Video Chat room and your call will be charged on a per minute or per session basis as per charges displayed on the Doctor’s account for the video call.
You will only be able to talk to the expert for the maximum time allowed as per the balance in your account.
