You can consult a Doctor over the phone by clicking on the Phone icon displayed below the Doctor’s profile. You will need to decide if you wish to connect per minute or per session and then press start session. On doing this, a call will be generated to the doctor and then you will get an incoming call on your registered mobile number. 



Make sure your phone is not switched off or out of network area. In case you do not get a call, we retry the above 3 times. If you still do not get a call, you will surely get an SMS stating the reason for failure. Request you to inform us and write to support@oyehelp.com if you face any technical issue of this sort or retry the call after receiving the SMS. 


You will only be able to speak to the doctor for the maximum time allowed as per the balance you have in your OyeHelp Wallet. Network delays are possible, so kindly keep your phone line free for 5-10 minutes after placing a request. However, if you do not get a call within 5-10 minutes, we suggest you to report the issue to us at support@oyehelp.com
