Log into your OyeHelp account using your email id and password. Browse through health professionals/ doctors depending upon the nature of your query. For example – if you have a skin related issue, click on 'Dermatologists' and select a Doctor you wish to speak to. If the doctor is online, i.w, all tool buttons are green in colour, then you can consult the doctor immediately and in real-time by clicking on that button. However, if the doctor is offline you can request for an online appointment and consult them at the confirmed time.
Online experts can be consulted live via Phone, Video or Chat.
Via Phone : Click on the phone icon if it is green.
You will be re-directed to a page where you will be asked to wait while your call is connected. You will get a call on your registered mobile number with the doctor/expert already on the other side of the call.
Via Video : Click on the video icon if it is green.
You will be re-directed to a connecting page while we get the expert into the video room for you. You will automatically be redirected to the video room once the expert accepts your call and enters the room.
Via Chat : Click on the chat button if it is green.
You will be re-directed to a connecting page while we get the expert into the chat room for you. You will automatically be redirected to the chat room once the expert accepts your call and enters the room.
