If a service has been provided to the customer, via the live tools (phone, video, chat), a customer is usually not refunded in such a case. Depending upon the nature of the refund, and if the cause for refund is found to be justified, the customer will be refunded the full amount and no payments will be made to the expert for that particular session that was refunded.
