Simply log in!
You'll start appearing online on all the tools selected by you (phone, video & chat) when you log in from the website. The tool icons on your profile will turn green when you are online, making you available to your customers. You can also log in without the internet by dialling 01133260606 (Only for phone login).
By default the appointment button is always green, so that a customer can schedule an appointment with you even if you are offline.
