As soon as your Expert Account is activated, your profile will start appearing on OyeHelp’s lists of Experts under the category you have registered. Once your profile is visible, customers can connect with you using the phone, video or chat tool as per the tools selected by you.


When you are online and a customer clicks to connect with you via a tool of their choice, you will get a real time notification in the middle of your screen and bottom right corner of your page, asking you to click on the notification in order to connect with the customer and start the session. 


If the customer decides to connect with you via phone, you will receive a call on your verified mobile number.
